These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Privacy Panes application and the privacypanes.com website (the "Service"), provided by Hynds AI ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Privacy Panes is desktop software that lets you overlay frosted-glass privacy panes on portions of your screen. Features and availability may change over time.
Paid features require a valid license key obtained through a one-time purchase. You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential. Each plan specifies the number of devices on which the software may be activated.
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent licensing except to the extent permitted by law; (b) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization; (c) use the Service to break any law or infringe others' rights.
The Service, including all software and content, is owned by Hynds AI and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with your plan and the End User License Agreement.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for verifying that sensitive content is adequately concealed before sharing your screen.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hynds AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hynds AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
