This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (an individual or a single entity) and Hynds AI for the Privacy Panes software product ("Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of applicable fees, Hynds AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on the number of devices permitted by your plan, solely for your internal use.
Organizations may purchase multi-seat, volume, or site licenses. The number of permitted installations and any deployment terms are defined in the applicable order form or invoice. Silent/mass deployment is permitted for validly licensed seats.
The Software is licensed, not sold. Hynds AI retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual-property rights.
Hynds AI may provide updates or upgrades at its discretion. This Agreement governs any updates unless accompanied by separate terms.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach it. Upon termination you must stop using and remove the Software.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for confirming that sensitive information is adequately obscured before and during any screen share or recording.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hynds AI will not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, including any accidental disclosure of information. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Software in the preceding 12 months.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hynds AI is established.
